3. Welfare ensures she only pays up to 7% income on child care
4. Leo gets free Pre-K education
5. Leo gets free community college to get trained in some sort of manual labor
6. Leo gets a job union job thanks to Biden's green energy programs
7. Welfare gives Linda free elder care when she is older. Leo utilizes also contributes by redirecting some welfare on his side to his mom
