Luminati, a proxy service
This is a pretty cool (but expensive) service for proxies in the cloud. The main use case is for scraping, to get new IP's as the target service bans your existing IP's. They have data center IP's, which are (I assume) just AWS IP's, but the more interesting thing is residential/mobile IP's. They have a network people who they pay some number of pennies to donate their real residential/mobile device IP to the network. These are very useful for scraping, as the first few dozen or hundred requests from any residential/mobile IP will almost always go through, especially for a GET request.
