Trump doubles down on no-lockdown

First public remarks since election:

I will not — this administration will not be doing a lockdown. Hopefully whatever happens in the future — who knows which administration it will be? I guess time will tell — but I can tell you this administration will not go to a lockdown... This administration will not go, under any circumstances, will not go through a lockdown, but we will be very vigilant. Very careful
